    2nd of september, Vittorio Orena and his associates went to the mattresses, killing 6 members of Cognomocenti including Big-shots as: Vito-Cognomo, Romano-Cognomo and Philip-Galione. this meant the downfall of Cognomocenti, Putting the Colombo's to the top of the food chain.

      2 years after the imprisoning of Joey-DeAngelis, the appeal was upheld by the laywer of Rossi-Colombo, Moe-DeGeneris.
      2 weeks later the federal court had to let DeAngelis go, for crucial evidence gone missing.


      After the release, federal agents started an investigation against the judge for prosecutions as; bribing or extortion.
